1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any justification.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., medical devices, consumables) are not eligible for return if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
3. Return Procedure
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify ERIOMED LTD in writing at info@eriomed.com within the withdrawal period.
- After confirmation, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to the address provided by ERIOMED LTD.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to the Company (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, ERIOMED LTD will process the refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered, the customer must notify ERIOMED LTD immediately. In such cases, return shipping costs shall be covered by the Company, and a replacement or full refund will be provided.
