Gouri is the first fully liquid type PCL (Polycaprolactone) injectable which rejuvenates the skin through the collagenesis in the face. Gouri is a premium collagen stimulator that increases the collagen synthesis rate that has decreased due to skin ageing. This injectable distributes naturally in the entire face. Gouri has no microparticles, unlike any other existing fillers. It is homogenously solubilized in water and has therefore a smooth and acceptable extrusion force. Compared to hyaluronic acid, PCL has a longer cosmetic performance. It can be injected with a 30 to 35 G needle and is to be injected evenly into the dermal or subdermal layer. For the best results, it is recommended with 3 sessions at 4 weeks interval. After the 3 sessions additional 1 to 2 treatments can be applied at 3-6 month intervals, depending on the patient’s condition.
